Then cooking ground sausage until crispy with a little water to render the fat. Next, cheesy eggs are made by whisking eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper together and cooking them on low heat. 


The cheese blanket is made by heating bubbly cheese on medium heat and placing it on a cutting board to use as the tortilla. The ingredients are added to the cheese blanket in a specific order to prevent it from breaking. The final result is a breakfast burrito with bacon, sausage and cheesy eggs wrapped in a 100% cheese tortilla.
